Hajj pilgrims continue to leave Madinah after visiting the Prophet’s Mosque

RIYADH: Hajj pilgrims are continuing to leave the Kingdom through Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah after visiting the Prophet’s Mosque in the holy city.

As of Tuesday, a total of 125,137 pilgrims have visited Madinah during the period after the annual pilgrimage, Saudi Press Agency reported.

The airport said that each pilgrim is entitled to purchase one five liter bottle of Zamzam water as they depart the Kingdom.

Pilgrims can buy their bottle in front of the Hajj terminal at the airport by presenting their passport and a fee of SR8.50.

The bottle will be checked in through a dedicated conveyor, the airport said.
